[Reservations accepted on the day!] A sashimi platter and 9 à la carte dishes featuring fresh fish (caught in the evening) that were kept swimming in the tank until the very last minute of the day.We try to serve each person one plate whenever possible.Other dishes will also be plated in a way that makes it easy for one person to take a portion.
